Govt has created a web-based portal to facilitate the consumers of all DISCOs, including FESCO. The consumers of FESCO can register their complaints with CCMS easily. They can also track their complaint to know the current status of their complaint.

Dialing a Toll-Free Number
Customers can easily register their complaints with CCMS by dialling the 118 emergency helpline. Here customers can lodge their complaints with ease and quickly. A customer representative of CCMS will receive the call and register the complaint. This complaint is transferred to the concerned department for further action.
Customers can also send messages of complaints through the shortcode 8118. They will also get an immediate reply with the complaint ID. This ID can be used to track the status of a complaint at any time.
This service is fully free and customers can contact this number at any time from anywhere during the whole year.

Through a Web Portal
This system is designed to be web-based. Customers can access this portal by clicking CCMS. customers can register their complaints online by using this portal. They just need to open CCMS, select the register complaint tab and a new form will show up. Provide the required information like Reference Number and CNIC. Now give the name and contact number of the complainant. Enlist their issue and submit the complaint.
They will get a tracking ID against their complaint. This tracking ID can be used to track the status of their complaint.

How to Track a Complaint
When a customer registers his complaint through CCMS, he will get a tracking ID ( Ticket Number ). This tracking ID is used to track the current status of the complaint.
